Empowering Kids & TEENS with Evidence-Based Tools for Emotional Well-Being and Resilience

Thriving Thinkers & Teen Thrive Lab

Thriving Thinkers and Teen Thrive Lab are part of the same comprehensive program designed to equip children and teens with essential mental health and social-emotional skills. Both programs offer an online, blended learning experience that combines live, interactive Zoom sessions with self-paced exercises. While the core structure is consistent, each program is tailored to meet the unique developmental needs of its specific age group.

  • Weekly Zoom Meetings: Participants engage in 45-minute live sessions led by experienced facilitators. These sessions include interactive activities and discussions on key topics such as understanding boundaries, effective communication, emotion regulation strategies, and mindfulness techniques.

  • Self-Paced Exercises: Between sessions, participants complete guided exercises and reflective activities to independently practice and reinforce the skills introduced during live sessions.
